This Shipping Policy tells you how and when your products are handled, shipped, and delivered.
Our goal is to make sure that every divine thing gets to you quickly, safely, and with energy.

1. Time to Process Orders

We process all orders within one to three business days once we get the money.
It may take an extra 2 to 4 days for spiritual ceremonies to be done before sending out custom or
energised (pran-pratishtha) items.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will get an email confirming it and a tracking number.

2. Where to ship
We are happy to ship to:

All parts of India (via reliable courier partners)
International shipping to some countries is available at checkout or on request.
If your country isn't on the list, please email us at support@nakshatrya.com for a special delivery
quote.

3. Shipping Costs
Inside India

All prepaid orders over ₹999 get free shipping.
For orders of lower value or cash on delivery, there is a minor flat cost of ₹49–₹99.

Orders from other countries

The cost of shipping depends on the weight, the location, and the courier's rate.
If there are any customs tariffs or import taxes, they are the customer's responsibility.

During holidays, festivals, or unexpected delays with the courier, delivery times may change.

5. Tracking Your Order
You will get the following once your order has been shipped:
  • A tracking number sent by email or text
  • A link to track your package in real time
  • You can also check "My Orders" at any time by logging into your Nakshatrya account.
6. Packaging and Care
Every Nakshatrya item is:
  • Washed and blessed before being packed

  • Packaged in safe, eco-friendly materials

  • Sent with materials that protect energy (such a cotton pouch, box, or silver foil)

We make sure that your holy things get to you clean and whole, just like a gift from God should.

7. Late or No Delivery
If your order is late or lost in the mail:

To get in touch with us, please send an email to support@nakshatrya.com with your order ID.
We'll look into it right away and work with the courier to fix it.
If the package is verified lost, a replacement or refund will be sent.

8. Fix Address Errors

Before you place an order, please check your mailing address and phone number again.
If an address is wrong or missing, Nakshatrya is not responsible for failed delivery.

But we’ll try our best to help you get your package to the right place (if we can).

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for orders from other countries)
For deliveries to other countries:

If there are any, the recipient is responsible for paying customs fees or import charges.
Customs inspections or holds that cause delays are not Nakshatrya’s fault.
To make clearance easier, we’ll always clearly give your HSN code and product information.
