All goods come from trusted vendors and are purified and energised before being sent out (if
needed).

Nakshatrya promises that all of its Rudraksha and jewels are real and certified.

Images of products are just for show; the real thing may look a little different because of how it
is made.
Before shipping, all energised products are spiritually prepared. Once they are energised, they
cannot be returned.
Each item is blessed and treated with the deepest respect.

5. Pricing, Orders, and Payments
- Unless otherwise stated, all pricing on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- We can change the prices or availability of products without giving you any notification.
- Only after payment is received will orders be confirmed.
- You can pay using credit or debit cards, UPI, net banking, Razorpay, PayPal, and other options.
- If Nakshatrya wants to, they can cancel or decline any order.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Our full Shipping Policy goes over the time frames, costs, and coverage.
You will get your order in 1 to 3 business days (custom or energised products may take longer).
Once the package is shipped, tracking information is sent.
Depending on where you live, the courier, or customs, delivery timeframes may be different.
Nakshatrya is not responsible for delays caused by natural catastrophes, courier partners, or
customs checks.

if they are broken or the wrong item.
