Return and Refund Policy
Welcome At Nakshatrya,
every item is treated with respect and care, from cleaning and energising to
packing it with love. We make sure that your Rudraksha, gemstones, and spiritual objects get to you in immaculate
condition. But if something doesn’t live up to your expectations, we have a fair and clear Return & Refund
Policy to aid you.
1. Who can return it
Because our products are spiritual and personal, only certain of them can be returned.
You can only return an item if:
- You got the wrong item (not what you ordered)
- The item was broken or damaged when it got to you.
- Your order was not complete
We won't take back:
- Rudraksha, gemstones, or malas that have been worn, used, or energised
- Customised, personalised, or energised products (like siddh Rudraksha or energised yantras)
- Digital or consultation services (like astrology reports or pooja services)
- Small differences in colour, texture, or size—these are normal for real Rudraksha and gemstones
2.How to ask for a return
If you want to send back a product that is eligible:
1. Send us an email at support@nakshatrya.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Give your Order ID, a picture of the goods, and a short explanation of the problem.
3 Our team will check and get back to you within one to two business days.
4. Once you give us the go-ahead, we'll provide you the instructions for returning the item.
We will not accept products that are returned without permission.
3.Shipping Back
Inside India
- Nakshatrya will pay for return postage if the item is damaged or inaccurate.
- The buyer pays for return shipping for other allowed reasons.
- You must return all things in their original packing, including with any labels and certificates
they came with.
4. Policy on refund
When we have the returned item and look it over, we will offer refunds (if accepted) within 5–7
business days to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
- After the refund is processed, you’ll get an email to let you know.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take longer.
5.Policy for Replacing
You can choose a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Received the wrong item
- Item was broken or damaged when it was delivered
Replacement depends on whether the product is still in stock. If the item isn’t available, you’ll get
your money back.
6. Situations where there are no refund
Please note that refunds will not be given if:
The product is returned without permission
The product shows signs of use, alteration, or misuse
The return request is submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
- The product is a custom, unique, or one-of-a-kind item
We make sure that your holy things get to you clean and whole, just like a gift from God should.
7. Orders from other countries
For foreign shipments:
- Returns are not allowed because of customs and cross-border rules.
- We make sure that the packing is safe and that the worldwide courier has insurance in case of
damage.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel an order within two hours of placing it, before it starts being processed or
energised.
You can’t cancel the order after processing or energisation has started.
To cancel, send us an email right away with your order number to support@nakshatrya.com.
9. Spiritual Confidenc
Before shipping, we verify each Rudraksha and gemstone to make sure it is real and pure.
Items that have been energised go through spiritual rites that cannot be undone, thus they cannot
be returned.
We care about your happiness and trust more than anything else, thus we make sure that every
step is done with honesty, integrity, and dedication.
